Welcome to Untag.

By accessing or using Untag, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Untag, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Untag provides tools to:

Connect multiple social media accounts Schedule content Publish posts Manage social media Organize content View analytics (where available) Collaborate with teams (if applicable)

Features may change without notice.

3. Eligibility

You must:

Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by law) Have authority to connect social media accounts Provide accurate information 4. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

Keeping your password secure All activity under your account Maintaining accurate information

Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

5. Connected Social Media Accounts

You authorize Untag to:

Connect to your social media accounts Publish content on your behalf Retrieve information necessary to provide our services

You may revoke permissions at any time through the respective social media platform or by disconnecting the account within Untag.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create.

By uploading content, you grant Untag a limited license to store, process, schedule, and publish it solely for providing the service.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Violate any law Post illegal content Upload malware Spam users Attempt unauthorized access Circumvent security measures Abuse APIs Impersonate others Infringe intellectual property rights 8. Third-Party Platforms

Untag depends on third-party APIs.

We are not responsible for:

API changes Account suspensions Platform restrictions Service interruptions caused by third-party platforms 9. Availability

We strive to keep Untag available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Maintenance, outages, or third-party issues may temporarily affect availability.

10. Intellectual Property

The Untag platform, software, branding, logos, and design are owned by Untag unless otherwise stated.

Users retain ownership of their own content.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

Violate these Terms Abuse the platform Engage in fraudulent activity Harm other users or the service

Users may delete their accounts at any time.

12. Disclaimer

Untag is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee:

Continuous availability Error-free operation Compatibility with every social media platform Specific business or marketing results 13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Untag shall not be liable for:

Lost profits Lost data Business interruption Indirect or consequential damages Content removal by third-party platforms

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service during the preceding 12 months, if any.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Untag harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Untag operates, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of Untag after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
